1/2 cup half-and-half
1 Tbs. vanilla syrup
1/4 cup cold-brew coffee
1/4 cup stout beer
3 Tbs whiskey or bourbon
1 Tbs salted caramel simple syrup
1 Tbs heavy cream
whipped cream; for garnish
ground cinnamon; for garnish
caramel sauce; for garnish
Directions
  1. In a small bowl, combine the half-and-half and vanilla syrup. Whisk vigorously for about 2 minutes or until foamy. Set aside.
  2. Add ice to a highball glass. Stir in the coffee, stout, whiskey and syrup. Gently pour in the heavy cream, so it gradually sinks into the coffee.
  3. Spoon the vanilla foam over the top to fill the glass, and top with the whipped cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
