Boozy Salted Caramel Cold-Brew Coffee with Vanilla Cold Foam

1/2 cup half-and-half
1 Tbs. vanilla syrup
1/4 cup cold-brew coffee
1/4 cup stout beer
3 Tbs whiskey or bourbon
1 Tbs salted caramel simple syrup
1 Tbs heavy cream
whipped cream; for garnish
ground cinnamon; for garnish
caramel sauce; for garnish
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the half-and-half and vanilla syrup. Whisk vigorously for about 2 minutes or until foamy. Set aside.
- Add ice to a highball glass. Stir in the coffee, stout, whiskey and syrup. Gently pour in the heavy cream, so it gradually sinks into the coffee.
- Spoon the vanilla foam over the top to fill the glass, and top with the whipped cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
